Shipping & Delivery

We ship your order exclusively by DHL (gift certificates will be sent free of charge by letter) to ensure that your precious Fernandos are insured for their transport to you, arrive as soon as possible and to make them trackable for you. If you do not live in Germany, the package will be taken over from the border by the respective national partner (usually the largest national shipping service provider) and delivered by this to you. The postage is based on the DHL prices, we even reduced them a little bit for you. One pair of boots weighs an average of 2.2 lb to 3.3 lb.

The boots are sent in decorative black and silver Fernando Berlin shoe boxes. These have a handle for carrying and are also excellent for the storage of your Fernandos, if you do not want to use our boot hooks for this. The overpack is neutral, brown cardboard in order to protect your privacy. As soon as your package has left Berlin, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking number by e-mail.

Please note that our Fernando Berlin Calendar must always be sent separately due to the large format and protective packaging.
