Shipping policy
As a rule, the delivery time for standard products is 1-3 days, provided we have them in stock. For made-to-measure and special products, it can take between 4-8 weeks before you can welcome your new treasures home.
We ship your order exclusively by DHL or UPS (gift certificates will be sent free of charge by letter) to ensure that your precious Fernandos are insured for their transport to you, arrive as soon as possible and to make them trackable for you. The postage is based on the DHL and UPS prices. One pair of boots weighs an average of 2-2,5 kg (2.2-3.3 lb), a pair of gloves or boot belts less than 0,5 kg (1.1 lb).
The boots are sent in decorative black and silver Fernando Berlin shoe boxes. These have a handle for carrying and are also excellent for the storage of your Fernandos, if you do not want to use our boot hooks for this. The overpack is neutral, brown cardboard in order to protect your privacy. As soon as your package has left Berlin, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking number by e-mail.
